Flower Bar
Our flower bar is an interactive floral experience where guests create custom bouquets with 4-5 seasonal stems, wrapped in floral paper and ribbon. Custom branding options are available. Expert attendants guide guests in selecting and wrapping their flowers, with the option for DIY or premade bouquets.

Herb Bar
Our Signature Herb Bar is a refined botanical experience designed to elevate guest engagement. The installation features our bespoke, craftsman-built wooden bar and shelving. Natural textures, curated greenery, and intentional styling create a sophisticated garden-inspired setting that feels both organic and artfully composed. At the heart of the experience is a thoughtful gifting moment. Each guest’s journey is completed with a hand-selected potted herb, a refined herbal mocktail, crafted mini cakes with fresh herbs, paired to complement the botanical notes. The result is a multi-sensory experience that feels curated, intimate, and memorable.
Pie Bar
Our Mini Pie Bar is one of our favorite signature offerings, combining our love for the fall season with our passion for blending design, artistry, and food. Thoughtfully styled and beautifully presented, this experience delights both the taste buds and the eye, creating a memorable seasonal moment for guests.
The activation can be hosted from one of our signature rental carts or bars, or custom-designed to seamlessly fit your space and brand aesthetic. We’ve brought this experience to corporate offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and hospitality venues alike, always with a focus on creating an inviting and visually engaging display that guests are excited to experience. Gathered Goods Cart
The Gathered Goods Cart, curated by Wild Flour Studio, is a collection of all of your favorite things rolled into one beautifully designed experience. Like all of our activations, guests can expect an elevated and thoughtfully styled presentation that feels both unexpected and memorable, paired with a takeaway that is delightful and meaningful. We offer a curated selection of treats that can be tailored to your event, from your favorites sourced from local bakeries and farm stands to custom-made and home-baked goods crafted by local artisans. Each experience is designed to feel unique and personal, offering guests something they won’t find just anywhere.
At its heart, the Gathered Goods Cart is about creating a moment of pause—a chance for guests to slow down, savor something special, and feel genuinely appreciated. It’s also a way for us to support local makers and creators and to bring people that one-of-a-kind experience.
Apple Cider Bar
Our Signature Apple Cider Bar is a celebration of everything we love about the fall season. Designed to feel warm, inviting, and nostalgic while maintaining a fresh, elevated aesthetic, this activation creates a cozy seasonal experience guests instantly connect with.
Styled with beautiful fall foliage and thoughtful seasonal details, we serve all things cider—from chilled apple cider sourced from a local Long Island farm to delicious apple cider donuts. Whether featured as a standalone activation or incorporated into a larger event, this experience captures the essence of autumn and offers guests a taste of the season. After all, nothing says fall quite like fresh apple cider and cider donuts.
Olive Oil Bar
Our Signature Olive Oil Infusion Bar is where thoughtful design meets hands-on creativity. Rooted in the Wild Flour Studio experience, this activation invites guests to slow down, create, and savor the moment. Guests begin by selecting their favorite infusion from a curated menu of handcrafted herbs, spices, and botanicals before blending, bottling, and labeling their very own custom-infused olive oil to take home.

Our attendants are on-site to slice, serve, and package each guest’s chosen piece, creating an interactive and elevated experience from start to finish. Our Signature Hot Cocoa Bar brings the perfect blend of warmth and delight to the holiday season and offers a cozy pick-me-up during those chilly winter days. Each guest enjoys a rich cup of hot cocoa complete with a selection of sweet toppings, creating a simple experience designed to brighten their day.

Our coffee bar is more than hospitality.

Our Blooms & Beverage Bar offers the same charming experience as our Beans & Blooms activation, thoughtfully adapted for the season or occasion. Guests enjoy one hot or cold beverage paired with a petite hand-tied bouquet, creating a refreshing moment to pause, connect, and recharge throughout their day. Our Eucalyptus Bar is the perfect addition to any wellness-focused event, offering guests the opportunity to create their own aromatherapy eucalyptus bundle or select a pre-made bundle to take home. Our live calligraphy and engraving services, led by our talented in-house calligrapher Alyssa Ahrens, add a personalized, luxury touch to any event. A growing trend we’re loving is engraving combs, hair brushes, and hair clips—making this an ideal enhancement for beauty and wellness events. Similar to our live calligraphy services, our custom embroidery experience, led by our talented in-house embroiderer Jess of The LetterParty, offers guests a personalized keepsake created on-site. Perfect for fashion brands, retail activations, corporate gifting, and lifestyle events, live embroidery transforms hats, denim jackets, tote bags, sweatshirts, pouches, and other textiles into one-of-a-kind pieces with custom names, initials, or meaningful designs.
